We approached Inchcape Retail PLC following the success we were having with other franchise dealer groups in the Automotive Top 100.
Client Brief:
Inchcape wanted to create a more robust in house supported recruitment function. Before working with us they had a PSL of numerous Agencies and other recruitment suppliers along with relationships at a local level with agencies. They wanted to streamline this process and in turn make it easier to manage and control recruitment costs.
Our Approach:
Since 2010 when the partnership was launched we have ran roles from Dealer Principle to Sales Admin. Our campaigns have covered single location roles to large scale group wide talent attraction campaigns.
One particular campaign was for Inchcape Mercedes who were looking to attract Sales Executive across all their sites. Our campaigns attracted over 3000 thousand candidates and delivered a screened talent pool for assessment centres of 300 candidates.
The results:
Inchcape Retail Plc now enjoy a preferential CvWow Recruitment Business Partner rate that allows them access to online job boards like - Jobsite, Monster, Reed, Totaljobs but also the industry specific boards of AM online, Motoring Jobs and In Automotive.
To date they have spent £53,000 with us making an estimated saving of £250,000 to date on their recruitment costs.
