Terms of Business for Advertisers (including Multipost products/services)

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 In these Terms of Business the following definitions apply:

 "Client" means the person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the Companies Act 2006.

"Company" means Global Job Boards Limited TA The Talent Hub, 6 ST. GEORGES SQUARE, PORTSMOUTH, HAMPSHIRE, PO1 3EY

"Applicant " means the person introduced by the Company to the Client.

1.2 References to the singular include the plural and references to the masculine include the feminine and vice versa where the context requires it. These Terms of Business will be governed by UK Law.

1.3 The headings contained in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

1.4 The company reserves the right to utilise new job boards on a trial basis bearing in mind suitability to the vacancy.

1.5 The Client agrees to the use of its brand or logo being displayed on the carousel of the The Talent Hub website. Its unique Client page will be created with a profile of the Client and its current vacancies being listed. Should the Client wish to showcase a corporate video of its company this will need to be supplied by the Client (we can arrange this service)

1.6 Job boards will include but not limited to Monster, Reed, Totaljobs, CV-Library and Jobsite and industry specific sites from time to time but no single job board is guaranteed. The Talent Hub will use its best endeavours to utilise the most appropriate sites for the Client and job roles.

2. THE CONTRACT

2.1 These terms of business are deemed to be accepted by the Client when the order is agreed.

2.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Representative of the Company, these Terms of Business shall prevail over any other Terms of Business or purchase conditions put forward by the Client.

2.3 No variation or alteration of these Terms of Business shall be valid unless approved in writing by a Director of the Company.

3. NOTIFICATION AND FEES

3.1 The Client agrees:

a) To pay the amount agreed per vacancy. The Client may hire more than one Applicant from the same campaign. Any additional campaigns will be charged at an agreed rate. (Tailored Packages have varying fees, as agreed at the point of order). The Client is paying for the products and services provided by The Talent Hub as a candidate attraction solution, and cannot be held accountable for the success of a campaign leading to hire.           

b) All fees are paid immediately on engagement of our services unless an account has been opened for multiple vacancies. In this case an invoice will be issued with 14 days payment terms. All fees are non-refundable.

3.2 The Company reserves the right to charge interest on invoiced amounts unpaid for more than 14 days at the rate of 4% per annum above the base rate from time-to-time of NatWest High Street Bank from the due date until the date of actual payment.

3.3 The Company also allow free job postings to The Talent Hub (however additional products may be charged for). Posting is subject to a fair usage policy and the Company reserve the right to start charging for this service with 30 days prior notice.

3.4 The Talent Hub will offer a 7 working day cooling off period. Once this period has been reached the Client is expected to continue making full use of all products and services purchased within the agreed timescale. If products remain after the agreed end date, then all rights to these products will be lost.  

4.   INTRODUCTIONS

4.1  If requested The Talent Hub will filter applications and relevant CVs forwarded in the agreed manner to the Client.

5.   SUITABILITY

5.1 The Company endeavours to ensure the suitability of any Applicant sent to the Client.  Notwithstanding this the Client shall satisfy itself as to the suitability of the Applicant and shall take up any references provided by the Applicant before engaging such Applicant. The Client shall be responsible for obtaining work and other permits if required, for the arrangement of medical examinations and/or investigations into medical history of any Applicant, and satisfying any medical and other requirements or qualifications required by law of the country in which the Applicant is engaged to work.

6.   CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1 The Company has represented itself as being fully competent to carry out this assignment at the highest levels of professionalism and the Client has accepted these representations as which will be relied upon for the purposes of managing all aspects of this assignment including the maintenance of confidentiality.
