Tony has extensive Plc and board level experience, leading the human resource function for some of today’s global brand names.

He studied at Manchester University before going on to a progressive career across a variety of industry sectors including fmcg, financial services, travel, retail, hospitality, and the public sector - as VP HR EMEA for American Express, Director of HR at Diageo Plc, Group HRD, First Choice Holidays, VP HR International for Gap Inc. VP International HR for Hilton Hotels Inc and latterly consulting to Royal Mail Group in procurement and HR.

Tony has a wealth of experience and now leads a board of exceptional talented recruitment experts who range across a wealth of industries and ATS software.

Suzanne and has a wealth of experience in Human resources with experience with Dixons Stores Group and Dreams PLC and latterly as CEO of Clarenco LLP. Suzanne is very passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and sits as an Ambassador at the Institute of Directors.

Suzanne helps to guide The Talents Hub's clients on organisational design, inclusion, and diversity.
